I want to give a shout out to Issac, Tyler and Eric! These guys are fantastic. They helped me from the moment I walked in the door . Really made my day so much better. I now have 4 Brand New tires and they also did an alignment! Excellent customer service . I highly recommend them to everybody. I’d give him 10 stars, but it’s only allowing me to give 5 . This place is the Best!! they went above and beyond my expectations today! Ii was traveling through Barstow from out of state , I got a nail in my tire and I spoke to a nice man who’s name I think is Alex, he advised me that if I could safely get my car there they would help me out!! I was able to make it safely nd they went above and beyond for me! Getting this type of customer service is very rare these days!! Thank you for making us feel safe and for getting us back on the road in no time! I would highly recommend this place to everyone!!!! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

I’ve been coming here for about 12 years now, and have always been taken care of. Unfortunately the place is under new management and it shows. Don’t get me wrong, the customer service is great and friendly. However, I got my alignment done there a few months ago along with new tires and an oil change, I wasn’t aware the alignment wasn’t done correctly until recently when my uncle used my car and noticed my steering wheel was STILL not straight after all this time. He asked “I thought you got your alignment done, why is your wheel still the same as it was before?”. So when I returned to American Tire to have my oil changed and tires rotated, I was told they have no record in their system of ever having done my alignment. Guys were great! They were very nice and helpful! Stopped to have my tire pressure checked, I was 1/2 way home on a 10 hour drive! Was very happy!

Jesse, Eric, and Luis were life savers! Our truck blew a tire just outside of Baker. Towed in to American Tire Company just as they were closing. Those guys worked fast and were beyond professional by replacing the tire. They went above and beyond and so many different ways. Hats off to those men.
