⭐ 1 Star – “Lifetime Warranty” With a 48-Hour Memory Limit Do not be fooled by the words lifetime warranty at CT Auto Sales—because apparently that lifetime only lasts as long as the owner remembers your face. I was flat-out told that if I had bought the part two days ago and she personally remembered me, the warranty would have been honored without a receipt. Let that sink in. But because more time had passed—even though I provided a time-stamped photo proving the purchase—suddenly the warranty no longer applied. So the rule isn’t documentation, proof, or good faith. The rule is her memory and her mood. When I asked to speak to someone higher up to resolve the issue like adults, I was told she was the owner. No escalation. No accountability. Everyone in this store was welcoming and very accomodating. I was just passing through from Australia and they were great. Dd what they could to help me out. Family owned and independent since the 70s. No wonder they have stood the test of time. Great people

Bad experience with them. Bought a 4 quarts of Honda steering fluid, since I was doing the steering pump. I had 2 left over, took them back 3 days after. Sealed, with receipt in hand and they wouldn't take them back. According to them cause it was liquids. Never seen a sign or they never told me that before. So stopped buying from them.
