The service was great and they were very friendly. They found a couple things wrong with my car and let me know about them which was awesome. I went in initially get a transmission flush. That was a good price considering not a lot of places do the transmission flushes. However, I asked for my windshield wipers to be changed(I bought them there at $21 each). And also requested my tires be rotated. Then came time for pick up and got the bill paid. Everything was fine except for the fact that they charged $165 labor to rotate my tires and $165 labor to change windshield wipes blades. That to me is ridiculous. Autozone changes your wipers for FREE if you buy them there. That pricing was just crazy. I would’ve had my tires rotated somewhere else and put on my own damn windshield wipers had I k

Tim and Elvis were able to squeeze us into their schedule and this was a blessing as we broke down driving through. They got us fixed up same day. Their rates were cheaper than our usual mechanic back home and as far as I could tell their work was excellent (the car worked as expected after their care). Their bathroom was clean.

Called earlier in the week to see about getting my vehicle aligned, they said to do a walk-in and they’ll be able to handle it. And sure enough they did. 45 minutes for a 2 wheel alignment at a great price! Customer service is top notch as well. Will be coming back and referring my friends here!

Even though we brought the wrong oil filter, their team already had a better one in mind and got it swapped out without any hassle. They know what they’re doing and genuinely care about getting the job done right. This wasn’t our first visit — we previously had a top engine rebuild done here, and the work was solid and reliable. The team is knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. If you’re in the Barstow area and need any auto work, TC Automotive is the place to go. Highly recommended!
