American Towing & Recovery

Dispatch was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about what was needed to get on the Military Base. Our driver was supposed to exchange our vehicle with another towing service once the vehicle was off the Base. However, the other towing service Canceled after our driver had been waiting for an hour or so to do the exchange. I’m not sure if the Our Driver was prepared to come down the Cajon pass and returning during high traffic hours. ( it’s long and horrible driving up the Cajon pass at the end of a business day) Although, a two hour job turned into a Long haul in traffic in both directions, our driver greeted us with a smile and thanked us for our business. Christian was awesome! Stranded in the middle of nowhere, in the dirt center divide of the freeway sucked. When Christian pulled up he was professional and knowledgeable. The ride from our location to Barstow gave us a chance to chat with him. Christian was personable and made the 45 minute drive for us less stressful. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Christian’s caring professionalism. Although I hope we never blow a tire out in the same area but if we did, I know who I’m calling.

Absolutely amazing service and knew exactly what he needed to do. Had all the necessary tools with him. Very warm and polite and caring! NASCAR Caliber tire change . Quick. All road side service experts should be like him . Norman, you are the best !

Both drivers were great. First driver made sure we were handed off and good before going. Second driver was great. Big thanks to our dispatch for making it all smooth and helping us with the smooth transition from one truck to another. Only very small item was second truck was not set up for two passengers and middle jump seat is very uncomfortable. But was are home safe and very happy for the help.

Everything went smoothly. The tow truck guy tried to help me out multiple ways and I appreciate that. They have AAA service as well. Hopefully I won't need them again, but I'll call them if I do 😂
