I had such a great experience at American Tire Depot! I came in with a tire issue, and they were incredibly helpful. Not only did they fix and patch my tire, but they did it completely free of charge. The customer service was excellent — I was welcomed with a smile as soon as I walked in, and everyone was friendly and professional. They worked super quickly, and I was back on the road in no time. I truly appreciate their honesty, kindness, and efficiency. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for fast, reliable, and great service!

Went in with 3 nails in 3 tires. Needed new tires asap. They took care of us immediately. Tire prices were great, customer service was friendly, respectful and professional. Since the deal on the tires were so great, we got an oil change as well. I would 100% recommend American Tire Depot Redlands!

Fast and friendly service! Very accommodating, and knowledgeable. I got a text once my car was ready. Service provided within an hour. I did have an appointment, but they welcome walk-ins as well.

Earlier this year I bought 4 tires from this shop. They did a great job on the install. Just my luck: I ended up with an old rusty screw in my tire, probably from driving on dirt roads. After worrying about damage to the steel belting and needing to spend what was left of my paycheck on a new tire, the shop tool a look at the tire for me. They were able to patch my tire for me and get me back on the road. On a busy weekend. Talk about a real lifesaver. Please give the guys a call or stop in when you are concerned about your tires.

Purchased 4 new tires with installation mount and balance. These guys were great. Excellent service and dead on completion time as promised. I intentionally removed all the nuts covers prior to service. I left them in the cup holders and planned to install them back afterwards. When the car was delivered to me, the nuts covers were installed as well. This showed me they are really paying attention to details. Their prices were the lowest. I would highly recommend American Tire Depot. They are now my tire store to go to 😊.
