I have done business with GO GLASS - REDLANDS-for decades, & have always had outstanding customer service from owner Ken Kinsey, so I was very surprised to find out that Ken was no longer the owner when I called to have a windshield replacement on my 2013 HONDA CIVIC. After accepting the bid from new owner Zena, & having Robert the windshield installer do the windshield replacement, I’m happy to report that the customer service I received was outstanding! Robert the windshield installer came to the house on time, was very courteous & did an outstanding job on the windshield replacement! The new windshield replacement was of excellent quality! Ken was absolutely amazing! Exceptional customer service. He was so genuine and caring. From the moment I called, didn’t have to speak to a recording first, he invited me to bring in my car the same day. When I arrived, he was pleasant, offered cold waters and addressed my concerns promptly. He had no issues with contacting my warranty company, filing out the claim, and repairing my cracked windshield, all in no time! He even stayed to do so after closing hours. Fantastic establishment! My vehicle windshield was hit by a tiny rock on the freeway and I was so bummed out because I just bought my car a month ago, but have no fear!
