The team at Mark’s has taken good care of 3 of our vehicles now. They’re friendly, they do their best to work with your timelines, and there’s no pressure to do work that you’re not ready for. With regular preventative maintenance with Mark’s, my aging vehicles keep working great. George is friendly and communicates professionally.

I’m truly sorry, but I didn’t have a good experience with Mark’s university service. I would like to be refunded for all the expenses I paid. I was charged $150 to diagnose my truck and that would apply to the work if I chose to have the work done. I had explained everything that was done to the truck and the systems that were accruing. I was told that they would be able to fix my vehicle. After many attempts and repairs that were not needed, my truck still not fixed actually runs worse than before. I have been trying to be patient and my truck sat outside your shop for almost 4 weeks with no work being done to it. I’m asking for a refund if not compliant I will have to take other measures. I also spoke with my neighbor and he said he had similar experience with his truck at your shop. Aft

On reccomendation of 2 friends, I took my 12 y/o Kia to Mark's to find a noise that sounded serious and a long overdue tune up and full servicing. They were considerate, kept in touch throughout the day and stayed late for me to pick up my car. I felt confident in their honest quote and the final cost. I have been going to Mark's University Service for about four years now, and I have consistently been impressed with the quality of service and repairs, as well as the professionalism of the staff. I was first referred to them by a friend when we had an old Chevy Trailblazer (>250,000 miles) that was passed down to us from a family member. It had a check engine light that wouldn't turn off, which prevented us from getting it to pass a smog test. Other mechanics could not figure out why the light kept coming on, and it was preventing us from getting the car smog certified. Another local mechanic said we would need to rebuild the engine to get the light to stay off, but the mechanic at Mark's University was able to diagnose the issue and fix it for about $350. Took my auto in for an oil change and new spark plugs. Fair, honest, integrity with great service and I can not recommend them more.
