Amy and Chucks Tire

One star is a little too generous.. My vehicle was damaged and I asked the owner about it, she blew me off for a few days, called me and claimed she “remembered it was her that had moved my vehicle and that she had to have her tire tech guide her out so she didn’t hit anything with my vehicle because it was tight squeeze.” I have asked numerous times to see the camera footage because I do not believe her. I wouldn’t recommend using this place since the owner cannot be honest and clearly doesn’t value her customers or their property. There is a greasy hand print on the side panel where her tire tech obviously looked at the damage done to my vehicle..

First time I came service was good , but a week later I got brakes done with my mechanic & we discovered that one lug nut was stripped & the other was completely broken by Amy & Chucks. Next time I had my man call & verify they had tires for my vehicle & the price he spoke with a gentleman on the phone who confirmed everything. I pull up 10 minutes later the ladies at the counter with their complete lack of customer service gave me a different price for the same brand & size, telling me that was the only 2 left. They were rude but I was desperate, & probably should’ve told my man to have them hold the tires in my name. Extremely service oriented staff. They are always able to help. This is my 2nd time here and it’ll be my go to spot in town for tires.

I'll come here every time I need tires! I called/googled and price checked like15 different places around Grand Rapids, and Any and Chucks Tire hands down had the best price for 4 new tires. They were $16 more than used tires I was quoted for. I had to bring my son with me, and they had plenty of stuff to keep him entertained, and they were quick! I'd highly recommend this place!

Went here for snow tires, they were able to get me 4 at the best price and had them installed the same day even when other tire shops didn't have the size I needed due to the time of year. Deb was great and kind to my kids. They have activities for young kids to occupy themselves with while you wait for your car.
