Jiffy Lube Oil Change

My first time here was a great experience beginning to end. Issac was top notch with customer service and provided the best service I’ve had anywhere in a long time when getting my oil changed. He was informative and the service was fast and efficient!

I came in bright and early this morning stressed out because my brake light came on. Cameron was probably the nicest person I have EVER encountered for anything to do with my car. Took the time to check my brake fluid and told me that was nothing in the damn thing. Gave me some brake fluid for FREE (literally so kind) and told me to come back later to see if there was a leak somewhere. When I came back later, he took the time to step away from a car that he was already working on to check mine real quickly and he was able to determine that there was no leak. Jiffy Lube did an excellent job with my oil change and helped identify a leak I had. They also provided a reasonably priced quote for the repair. The service was quick, and they clearly explained everything they were doing along the way. I’d definitely recommend them and will be returning in the future.

I had an excellent experience! Came in for a punctured tire, which is never fun. Kamryn was awesome!! He was so kind and accommodating. My repair was done in under half an hour! I truly appreciate how fast and efficient it was. Definitely made a bad day better!

The GM Eddie is super nice and very professional. Ben and Isaac are very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and personable. I will definitely be making this my go to place from now on :) The best customer service I've had in a while.
