Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

My car was bouncing while driving so I went in to replace a couple older tires. I figured the issue was bigger than just the tires and that they would diagnose it while fitting it, and they did- it was the shocks which they replaced. They did not have my tire size in stock (this is typical for my size) and were able to get them in early the next day- very fast! When going over the list of recommended repairs for my car, they were never pushy which I really appreciate. My car drives the smoothest it has in a long time, thanks!

I got a engine diagnostic from auto Zone to see why my check engine light was on Auto zone said it was my air filter sensor and the next day took it to Monro Auto on 12/04/25 they also inspected and stated it was giving them the same code. they called me to pick up my car later that afternoon when I went to pick it up the check engine light was still on so I asked the gentleman to clear the code when he plugged in his scanner my car started revving and the rpms were going up and down while in park his device showed new codes that weren’t there when they first worked on it. he pulled the car back into the shop and told me that I needed to take it somewhere else for the work. I stated it shouldn’t be doing the activities it currently was after replacing the Mass air flow sensor considering

Went for rear brake pads. Was told my vehicle needed rotors, pads, and new calipers for over $1100. Took the vehicle to a licensed mechanic for 2nd opinion and was told it only needed new rotors and pads. $328 parts and labor! I wouldn’t even bother going to Munro

September 12th or 13th went over there asking for an alignment, the techs were sitting on their phone and the place was empty I thought I was good, he looked at the back end of my rusty but trusty Chevy and said it's too rusty, the frames falling apart, can't do it.. I didn't say anything. I just left. A little bit of time pass till today..10 /14/25 So I just now finished replacing all my shocks, brakes, wheel bearings, stab links, inner and outter tie rods and everything myself, then took it to Firestone on the beltline, they aligned it, no problem... those guys in Monroe just wanted to be lazy that day

When my valve stem snapped off my tire resulting in a flat Monro came to my rescue! They were open on a Sunday and got us in and out in no time and my tire was good to go! Would definitely recommend!
