Brought family members vehicle in for routine oil change and Sean C. was absolutely amazing! He was friendly in his greeting, thorough in his explanations of things about my vehicle and kind also. A+++ job from Sean, if I have other vehicle needs i am defiantly coming back here and hope he has the opportunity to help me again

We recently went to Fox Ford Parts & Service for a bed liner & seat covers for our newly purchased Maverick truck. Will did an excellent job of ordering, communicating & coordinating the installs. We’re very pleased & will recommend Will & his team to our family & friends. The waiting area was nice. I bought a t-shirt for my husband. Nice job.

I know dealerships get flack for pricing, services but sometimes you have to give credit where it's due. The manager Kevin has been extremely awesome and helpful. Twice I have gone here for oil changes and twice he's been very helpful and honest about what to do with my vehicle. Very friendly and professional. Thank you Mr. Oxton for great service and being cool. I'll keep coming back

I went to the express service side twice in the past few months (battery then brake issue) and initially had positive interactions with Sean. The first time I left feeling disrespected as I chose (against their recommendation) to get my battery changed despite it testing okay. I noted it but didn’t follow up with him. This second time when I proceeded to ask questions about what they saw on the brake inspection and said “I thought it shouldn’t be squeaking if I have plenty of brake pad life left (4mm). I specifically asked if the caliper was okay he replied with “you should leave the thinking to the professionals.” So I’m posting this so express service does better and women know to ask for someone other than Sean. I messaged Sean directly prior to posting this and haven’t heard back yet.

It’s impressive to find a service department nowadays that is so very friendly, accommodating, and punctual in keeping a scheduled appointment. No wait. Respected my time and very quick to perform. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Toughest part of my dealer service visit was deciding which of the 8 gourmet coffee choices I’d take while in their waiting room. Thank you Fox Ford!
