Anchor Collision Repair

The customer service was the only good part of my experience with Anchor, the staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful however, after my car was there for 3 weeks after drop off, I finally got the okay it was ready to be picked up and I was not nearly as happy as I expected to be, my head liner is covered in greasy finger marks, part of it has clearly been pulled back and left a permanent crease/fold in it. The plastic was still pulled out and not put together properly, there is a new water leak along the other side of my vehicle that I did not have before, I’m assuming this is going to lead me to a mold issue. They broke one of my windows during repair and they did replace it however now it doesn’t match the rest of my car, I also left specific instructions to preserve the

I had a great experience with Anchor Collision. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. My rear bumper came out so nice and sparkly — it honestly looks brand new. The detailing was also really well done. Overall, super satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend!

Anchor Collision made this process very easy. My truck was damaged by a delivery truck. My appointment was timely, they did the work quickly and actually fixed a small dent that was already on the tailgate for free. The staff were very courteous. My truck looks great. I had my new truck for four days and someone backed into it while parked . I took it to Anchor for a estimate and they gave me what I thought was a fare price and they could do it right away and have it back to me within a week. I dropped it off the next day and pick it back up the following week. I am very happy with them and will definitely use them again.
