⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ (2/5) This could have been a 5/5 experience. Back on June 16, we were urgently in the market for a replacement vehicle after a serious accident. After searching several dealerships nearby, we couldn’t find a Camry Hybrid, so we decided to look further and found the perfect one at ANTWERPEN TOYOTA in Clarksville, about 65 miles away (1 hour 10 minutes). The purchase process went smoothly, and we got into an agreement. However, the car was in unacceptable condition—covered in cat/dog hair and generally very dirty. A temp manager working from the used car building (I believe his name was Rick) assured me that the car would be spotless and delivered to my residence due to my special situation. First of all Google need to put some kind of intuitive method for negative reviews . I don't want to give any stars . Worst sales manager/Team very stressful experience with Antwerpn hyundai dealership in clarksville Maryland during festive and holiday season dec 2025.. Had a car deal with sales team over the phone and text messages.Sales manages refuses to acknowledge and when I got there to pick up the car. No integrity no ethics rude sales manager Ryan. Don't trust a single word sales team says. Jack should change his slogan from Jack says Yes to Jack's team never says Yes

I contacted Matt Price about a vehicle on the website. He personally handled the deal. Went over all the features of the car. Very informative test drive. Was upfront on all aspects of the deal. Bill Collins finished the details with finesse and I couldn’t have been in better hands. If you want an honest experience of purchasing a vehicle with no pressure…go to Antwerpen Chevrolet and ask for these guys. I’m extremely happy with my Mercedes and the deal I received here!

All I did was ask for details on a car on cargurus....That was 3 weeks ago and they have been blowing up my phone night and day with calls, texts, and emails from the break of dawn until around 9 at night. When I finally responded to a text, telling them to stop because this was harassment at this point, they responded with "so are you still in the market for a vehicle?" Not from you, psychos. I would rather buy a car off of the dark web that comes with a half empty bottle of baby oil in the back seat, and some questionable stains on the upholstery.

I really just wanted to write this and thank you Douglas Hevener for the wonderful job you did with my car. I did not expect the job to be perfect, but you really did exceed my expectations and I am very grateful. My car looks so nice now and runs very smooth. While the car was messed up it made noise when driven. Now the noise is fixed and my car is sparkling. Thanks , again
