Very oriented to quality customer service! Never a problem with their technical quality either. (1) Accessible and friendly scheduling. My last appointment was easy to make online. When changes were needed, dedicated front desk staff were relaxed as they aligned our schedules. (2) Four years ago the manufacturer's tires wow out too soon. Staff assessed our needs and guided us to a better and cheaper alternative for our electric car. The upfront cost has been well worth it! (3) Purchasing the lifetime tire rotation package is wise. We're never treated as "second class citizens" get honest evaluations, and it's kept us on the road almost a year beyond the tires warranty.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this Mr. Tire location. Due to a sudden flat tire with no immediate alternatives available, I was forced to stop there as a last-minute option. In hindsight, I should have waited and sought out another shop, as my prior encounter at a Mr. Tire in Colorado—where technicians over-tightened lug nuts and damaged the wheel studs—should have served as a clear warning. Upon arrival, they informed me that only two tires were in stock and available for immediate installation, quoting $300 for the pair. As an engineering student, my daughter inspected the wheel herself and identified that the leak was originating from the valve stem, a clear indication of a faulty installation. Facility was able fit me in for unscheduled service and kept me well informed. Amending review: When I provided the first review I was not aware of how they put the spare tire back in my trunk. They did not care enough to put spare back in properly. If they cannot be trusted to do that they cannot be trusted to anything else.

I bought my car in at the last minute. I needed a new tire asap.?The whole staff made it happen. My old tire was removed and a new one put on and balanced all in less than 45 minutes. I think that was remarkable and I am very glad I chose Mr. tire in Clarksville MD
