Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Service and Integrity Issues here My experience with this repair shop has been an absolute nightmare! My 2016 Audi Q5 was recently rear-ended, resulting in damage to the rear bumper cover. I brought the vehicle to this shop for repairs, which included replacing the rear bumper cover and the bumper-mounted tail lights. Upon picking up the car, I immediately discovered that the main rear brake lights (on the tailgate) were not functioning. The shop had the audacity to claim the lights were likely broken before I even brought the car in. I countered this with clear video evidence taken at the scene of the accident, which explicitly shows both main brake lights working perfectly while my hazard lights were on. My repair experience was excellent! Dave kept me informed on all progress, to include a need to keep my vehicle a little longer for additional parts/repairs that they discovered were needed once they dug deeper into the damage. My car was ready by the amended estimated date and it looks like brand new! Even with the additional repairs that were needed, I still got my car back sooner than expected. The car runs great and there is no sign that there was ever any damage. Caliber has always been my repair shop of choice and will continue to be.

Communication is excellent, our service advisor, Ryan L., did an excellent job explaining about the repair and what to expect and that gives us a peace of mind. We picked up our car a day early from the estimated completion date, which we really appreciated, and our car looks and works great!

My car had been in a serious accident and had been hit from behind, and the rear bumper was completely destroyed and the trunk was slightly damaged. So many thanks to David in Clarksville for doing a perfect job and delivering the car to me earlier than expected. I highly recommend this center.

Would definitely use Caliber Collision again, if needed. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly and my car repair was finished several days sooner than expected. 10 stars!
