Jiffy Lube

Today I went for an oil change, but the experience was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem happy or interested in their work. At Jiffy Lube, the service usually includes vacuuming the car and cleaning the front windshield, but they didn’t do either. Instead, they were sitting outside in the sun, talking and laughing. Overall, it was a very bad experience — I wouldn’t go back or recommend this location to anyone.

Had an excellent experience. I went for a tune up expecting pay quite a bit. They reviewed my records and I had a tune up a year ago that I had forgotten about. They saved me hundreds dollars and gained my trust. Very good customer service.

This location was clean. The service people were polite and helpful. They went thru all the details before anything was performed and they were very knowledgeable.

Tried up charging me for the oil I didn’t ask for thinking I wouldn’t notice. Then when I say something about it the dude has a million excuses on why he tried charging me $144 FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Ridiculously expensive. Also, on the receipt they gave me they said they completed a windshield clean and a vacuum. I’m not too upset about that but it’s the fact they said they would do it and stated on the paper that they did in fact complete it but did not.

The operation at this Jiffy Lube was very efficient and well- staffed on a Saturday morning. I sometimes dread the process at these places but instead today I received excellent helpful service from Sean Bacon.
