I was able to schedule an oil change for 11am and get it done within about an hour. The front desk person (John?) showed me a couple of things to be aware of in the near future but didn’t pressure me to get anything else done besides the oil change, which I appreciated.

While visiting Ft Myers, Florida I blew out a tire on my 2025 Mercedes E450. Fortunately, I was able to navigate to APEX and they couldn’t have been more helpful and caring for the situation I was in. I contacted the three Mercedes dealerships in the area as I had originally purchased their tire/rim maintenance service. Unfortunately none of the three dealerships I spoke with were able to get the specific tire I needed until later on the following day or schedule repairs until the day after that. APEX was able to receive the exact tire I needed and complete repair within a few hours. Unbelievable customer service and the best outcome I could have ever received.
