An absolute Godsend! A different body shop disassembled our rare and unique impact/damage area and realized that they didn’t have the expertise to even begin the repair. A dead end. Brought the vehicle to Apple Collision with parts in boxes. Even though this was a unique repair, Brad, with his skill, knowledge, and genuine effort put it back together and repaired it without the information on disassembly. This place will restore your faith in humanity.

Brad made my car accident repair as smooth as possible, he went way above and beyond (thanks to Covid which has made everyone's work life difficult) Brad was my go to for questions on my repair, he acted as my adjuster for insurance and had my back in making sure I was treated right against my insurance! Brad always kept me in the loop, explained the processes, and made sure everything was just right for the customer! His team that worked on my car did a phenomenal job, it looks beautiful and brand new! In a world of uncertainty, Brad and his team are real heroes who also do great work. Thank you!

I recently stopped in to Apple Collision - Shakopee to get an estimate on a new tailgate. Brad was helping me and after asking a few questions he suggested we take apart the tailgate to determine what was going on. Long story made short - Brad and the team at Apple determined I just needed a new part for the tailgate. A day later I left the shop with a fully functional tailgate, a receipt of $100 for a new part, and an understanding that this was my new body shop moving forward. Brad could have sold me on putting on a new tailgate for $2000 but rather, using Brad's words, "it's the right thing to do". Great team at Apple Collision!
