The experience was awesome. The service was fantastic. Scott Gudmunson kept me informed. I would recommenwasd Shakopee Caliber Collision to anyone in need of collision repair. The repair timeline was as promised. The added bonus was the service people completely detailed my car. It looks amazing. The customer lounge is also great- popcorn and hot apple cider, too.

They did an awesome job repairing my Jeep! The exterior of the entire vehicle looks amazing and they also took the time to clean the interior. They were all great about communication and Eric was consistently involved from start to finish.

I will never bring my car to Caliber Collision in Shakopee again. After hitting a deer at 50 mph, my entire front end was badly damaged. Because Caliber Shakopee works directly with my insurance company, my vehicle was towed there the day after the accident. We got the car back a month later, but the very next day we had to jump start it. We took it to our trusted mechanic, who found the battery was extremely weak. We replaced it on the spot. While inspecting the vehicle, our mechanic asked to see photos of the accident damage. During his inspection, he discovered the AC condenser was cracked — and the crack was clearly visible through the front grille. I immediately called Caliber, and they told me to bring the car back in. Even the adjuster admitted they didn’t know why it hadn’t been

The entire experience was Great at the Shakopee location!! Starting with Alex at the front desk, super personality and did a great job connecting me to whom ever was the best I needed at that moment. Kris was very on point handling the direction of the repairs, I am very pleased with the detailed direction he provided. Tory did the best painting I have seen compared to other body shops. To my surprise they even had my Suburban cleaned so nicely, she did an outstanding job. I was nicely surprised when they took care of a tail light bulb that went out just before I brought it in for the damage front end. I have already recommended people for care of their vehicles. Caliber and its entire team were absolutely fantastic: from the moment we entered the facility to the moment we picked up our car, we knew we were in awesome hands. Our technical advisor, Eric, was absolutely wonderful: he explained everything that was going to be done to the car, what to expect along the way and when approximately the job would be done. He kept informing us about the work progress throughout the week our car was in the shop. When I came to pick up the car, the rear the work was done on looked brand new, the car (which was pretty messy inside when we left it) was sparkling from inside and out, the quality of the work performed was truly outstanding. If we were to do any car damage repair again (God forbid!), they will be our perfect place to go to. And I mean it! Sincerely
