Overall a great experience at Joe's. I booked the appointment online, which was confirmed a few days before the appointment and the day before the appointment. (Personally I like the option to book online and appreciate the reminders.) Joe's is a small independent shop, so don't expect a fancy store front, it's no non-sense and functional. I was greeted warmly upon drop off and confirmed the service needed. (For me it was a noisy front wheel bearing.) A few hours later, I received a phone call discussing what they found and then an estimate via text and a web form for my approval. (Which I appreciate the conversation and the confirmation of price via text.) The repair was completed at the agreed time, with a fair price and what appears to be good workmanship. Terrific work. Chris was immediately ontop of things, worked with his suppliers and skilled techs to give me a great price and a smooth ride, fixing my struts, suspensions and new brakes. Their tech was incredibly knowledgeable and got me squared away same day with an alignment ontop of all of that. I definitely recommend Joe's (Chris is his brother). Great place.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this shop. From start to finish, the team was incredibly attentive, communicating every step of the repair process clearly and making sure I understood exactly what was being done and why. They charged a fair, reasonable price with no surprise add-ons or upselling, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Their warranty gives me real peace of mind, and it’s clear they stand behind their work. It’s rare to find a place that combines honesty, expertise, and genuine care for their customers, but this shop absolutely does. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for any future service needs.

I was having problems with my work truck and if I don't have my truck then I can't work. I called Joe's general auto and they were able to get me in and get my truck back to me quickly. They had fair and transparent pricing. I am very happy to work with these guys.

I've taken my car several times now to Joe's general auto and, they were able to fix my air conditioning and help with the warranty, so everything was covered. Next, I had some sort of a electrical problem, and they figured it out. Everything was affordable as far affordability goes for car repairs. They're always very nice and very understanding. They understand how stressful the costs of car repairs are and help take the best route to keep expenses down. I recommend them 100%
