Excellent experience with John and Prime Time. They were flexible and supportive of getting the vehicle inspected. The purchase process went smoothly and our Sienna has been pretty solid since. It took some time to get the title, with more follow-up on my end than hoped, but it arrived yesterday. Overall, I'm very happy with our purchase and would recommend this business to friends and family looking for a used vehicle.

⭐️ Rating: 1/10 We went in interested in a used vehicle listed around $10,595 and were ready to buy if the numbers made sense. At the beginning, we asked to talk about price before test driving or paying for an inspection. The salesperson told us to test drive first and go through the process before discussing pricing. We followed his direction. We test drove the vehicle and also paid for a pre-purchase inspection (about 1.5 hours) When we returned to talk numbers, the tone changed quickly. He told us we had “wasted our time,” then insisted we put $9,000 down—about 90% of the car’s price—even though we planned $5,000 down. After we pushed back, the terms kept shifting: $6,000 down that day, then $3,000 more in ~10 days, and we were told we’d need to pay the remainder within 3–6 months. W

I recently purchased a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta, and so far l'm really happy with it. The car runs very smooth, drives comfortably and was clean and all taken care of when I received it. It's really reliable, is easy to handle and perfect for everyday driving.The pricing was also very affordable, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it's a solid car and a great value for the price. I'd definitely recommended it to anyone looking for dependable and clean vehicle. The dealership was reliable, professional and easy to work with.
