Aqua Shine

Our truck generally comes out clean, with that being said someone should retrain/fire the redheaded man whom is generally on the right hand side, doing hand washes before entering the automatic wash. Sorry to be so blunt but WOW..We pay monthly for our service and it's not cheap therefore you should get what you pay for! We have consistently watch this worker do absolutely nothing while the others are working feverishly therefore one side of your vehicle looks great but the other side looks ok at best.

Canceled my monthly membership last week of October 2025 since I was returning to Florida in November. By mistake or intentional, Aqua Shine continued charging me $27.99/mo beginning in January 2026. My credit card will refund me but I wonder what really happened.

I hate to even give them one star. The woman in front of me was really struggling with the machine and nobody came out to help her. I had to take my toddler out to go and help the woman. Then I finally get through the machine and the wash shuts down. They said I could wait a while and when I said no, I couldn’t wait because I had a toddler they told me to pull over and someone would come out to me and issue a refund. Nobody came out to me. I had to go contact somebody again. They send me over to a gas station to get a refund, but they never contacted the gas station and the gas station wouldn’t issue me a refund. Completely unprofessional. I totally understand when things happen and not being able to get the car wash, just frustrated with how it was handled. Edit: The third man, I talked

Not only did they do a good job washing my car, but they saved two important magnets for me that were accidentally blown off during the power wash! I didn’t notice it until the next day, and was so grateful to find out that they had saved them! Thank you!

For my personal experience my car has always come out clean, I always use the basic car wash which costs only $8 cuz I can't afford the more expensive ones and be able to wash my car more often, the use of their vacuum cleaners the rags and window spray is also excellent.
