I don’t often do reviews but wanted to say that after a very depressing week where my vehicle was broken into and personal items stolen from my car Arc Glass has been a refreshing experience! No one wants to or should have to go through this situation but after receiving a fair quote with-no surprises and savings after paying cash, having the service done and finished before expected, and receiving great customer service throughout I would definitely recommend this place! Excellent service and workmanship. Ran into an issue because of after-market rearview mirror. But they stayed back after hours to figure out a solution, set me up with next-day appointment, and got my windshield replaced within hours. This is why I love working with local businesses. They take the time to understand frustrations and are able to work around uncommon issues. Thank you Janine and Randy.

Super refreshing when you come across a business with this quality of customer service. I work outside of my home state and had a chunk of cement fly up from the opposite side of the freeway and shatter my sunroof while driving and had to get it replaced ASAP. The lady who handles the phones at Arc not only remained patient with me over the phone while I was in a poor cell service area, but in the time I was struggling to get service she was calling around to salvage yards to locate the specific window my vehicle needed because it would’ve taken 2 weeks ordering directly from Jeep. I came in the second they opened and they got me in and out in 20 minutes. 10/10 would recommend!
