Turbo Time USA / TTP Turbos

Posting on behalf of my dad as he doesn’t know how to do reviews. After trying a bunch of turbos over the years, we can honestly say this has been the best one so far we’ve found in the industry. It’s American-made, the team was great to work with, and my dad couldn’t be happier with how his truck runs now. Highly recommend!

I purchased a turbo from this company a couple of years ago for a truck that receives very limited use. Although the turbo was technically out of warranty, it failed catastrophically with fewer than 40,000 miles on it. I contacted the company and sent the turbo in to see if they would offer any support or stand behind their product. Their response was that the turbo was “destroyed” and that a replacement was required. The only option they offered was to sell me a new turbo without charging a core fee. When I declined and requested that my original turbo be returned, I was informed that I would need to pay for return shipping, which I understood and agreed to, as well as an additional inspection fee. The customer service was great before, during and after. Turbo shipped out quickly and was packaged good. Came with everything needed for install, which was a breeze as well. Turbo performs great and sounds good. I would recommend the company if youre in the market for a drop in turbo.

Customer service is definitely not their strong suit. I called with what I thought was a simple request, to email me my past invoices. When I called the guy pulled up my invoices and described the items, then confirms my email and says no problem. A couple of hours later still no email I call back and the same guy says he's busy but he would send it by end of day. I call next morning to ask again but this different guy said he doesn't know how. With all the competition out there I'm sure you can find better options. The name Turbo Time USA is a little misleading because when I called it sounded like I called Turbo Time Russia, making it hard for me to understand english through a heavy accent. So after trying all the turbos out there I can say out loud turbo time turbo is the best so far crazy performance and really high quality turbo.I got their GXR-7 10 blade I truly love the turbo. Great customer service too with quick response to every question I had.all the other turbos manufacturers such as KC rayn's diesel and more were lagging at the lower rpm highly recommended to everyone out there!
