Balanced my tires for a great, sensible price. Other shops were quoting me $120 for all 4, Totowa Tire did it for just $60. Very honest and respectful - they showed me my driver side rim was slightly bent and moved it to the rear for me. All shaking is virtually gone thanks to their balance and moving the rim. Props to the front desk lady for being super nice, to the guy who fixed my car, and to the cute shop cat.

I called inquiring about having my car checked out since I got a flat tire. Whomever answered the phone, seemed very irritated that I even called to inquire. She took my information and told me she would call me back, however I never heard back. I called 3 more times and left voicemails, still no luck. Took my car elsewhere and got same day excellent service. Horrible customer service.

Totowa Tire absolutely saved vacation. We were an hour into our drive and we had just gotten brand new tires from a shop by home. Well one of the new tires went totally flat on RT 80 in Paterson. We were able to inflate it enough, my mother lives down the street from Totowa Tire and she brought us there. Cherrie was able to get us in in an emergency, even though we were just about there at closing, when other shops we called had told us absolutely not. Valve stem replaced and we were on our way! We truly appreciate the kindness and help, and a bonus we got to pet Skully the cat!
