ARC Towing - Towing Services

Locked my keys in my car im from out of town at a motel. Joseph and Joe showed upwithin 15 mins of calling ARC towing. Friendly knew whut they were doing, see no difference in my door frame from unlocking. Price was more than reasonable. Joseph and Joe do excellent, quick work. 5 star 2 thumbs 👍🏼 up.

This was the third tow company our roadside assistance called to move our Chevy 2500 pickup truck and 36 foot 5th wheel travel trailer off of I15 after my engine blew. These guys not only got the truck on a lift, they brought along a pickup with the correct hitches for our trailer, took us to an rv park and helped me get my trailer set up and ready to go and gave us the name of a mechanic. Awesome, Awesome service!

Thank you so much I was stuck from 6:15pm but couldn't get a hold of someone to about 7:30 super dark in the middle of the 40 and the secretary at arc towing talked to me in so much respect and was able to calm me down and got someone out there as soon as she got the call . Yes, the ETA was 60 minutes but I was an hour away and I really appreciate it . They changed my tire and made sure me and my 4 children were safe . Thank you so much . My insurance took a little long to find someone but as soon as Arc got the call the lady called me very sweet lady and got us an eta of 60 minutes . I even called highway patrol to try to assist with the traffic but this lady got this tow truck fast . Highly recommended.

Our car broke down near Barstow today. So we looked online and found ARC towing out here in Barstow. I'll just keep it simple. When we called ARC, the person that answered, she was very polite and very friendly. Right away that was a good sign. She told us that it would be about 2 hours before the drivers show up for they were attending another call. Fortunately, they arrived early to get us. I have to say, the 2 dudes, an older gentleman and his sidekick, the kid, (I can't remember their names) but they were very nice, polite and very professional. Another good sign! They took extra care of our car as they pulled it on and locked it on the bed of the tow truck. They took their time securing the car ensuring it doesn't fall off. The drive back to Vegas was as safe as I ever wanted it to be

Victor and his son saved our day. Stranded on 58 on a Sunday afternoon. We needed a flatbed tow for our camper. They showed up when they said, were kind and thorough, and charged what they said they would. Thanks for helping us in a tricky situation!
