Carlos is the best! He diagnosed my tire issue right away. I dropped it off on Saturday and all 4 tires were fixed in 2 hours. I don’t know much about cars so he explained everything to me so I knew what to look for in the future. Honest and trustworthy guy! Totally reasonable pricing and I will definitely be back in the future.

There was noise in the suspension, and I was told I need new shocks. Carlos replaced the shocks and - supposedly - links. That didn’t help with the noise, and a month later one of the links (that apparently was making the noise) broke and damaged the tire. Now I need to buy a pair of new tires, which I am very unhappy about. Don’t go to this place.

I came here cuz a friend recommended it to me but honestly not a good vibe. I told the guy that I needed help because the release of the hood was out of place and was not popping the hood because of it. He didn’t even take a look at it, said “thats not how it works”, that two people needed to open it, which is not true, and even questioned why I was even trying to repair it. Then continued to mansplain how the latch of my hood works and didn’t even take a look at what was actually wrong. Dismissive. Condescending. Plain rude.

I really hope they bounce back from the temporary down they face with the loss of one of their mechanics. Their prices and customized friendly services can’t be beat anywhere. Such a friendly cost-efficient place, I’ll surely be back for my next car service.

I brought my car in because I suspected I had a slow leak in one of my tires. They were able to quickly find the issue (a nail) and repair it. And for only $40! I felt taken care of as a customer. Highly recommended.
