We had a hit and run on our passenger side door on a fairly new car which had us really upset. From the get go, New England Collision Center folks were super empathetic and helpful. They did an incredible job with the door - it looks like nothing ever happened! As a plus they also cleaned the car (inside and outside!). Great service, timely work, the whole team there is amazing. Highly recommend their services!

I recently had my back bumper repaired at this collision center and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff was professional, helpful, and very communicative. They explained everything clearly and made the process stress-free. The repair work was FLAWLESS you can’t even tell there was damage. Lucas was a great help with everything during the whole process and the team was fantastic as a whole on my brand new car that got damaged. They got everything done in a timely manner and had good communication as well. If I ever need another fix, I'll definitely make my way over again (but hoping I won't have to)
