My wife and I went with DM Auto for repairs after a non-fault accident involving our 2012 Mazda. We were not expecting much due to the age of the car, but Jennifer from DM Auto coordinated everything with the insurance company for us and was able to get approvals for a bunch of repairs. She even went so far as to coordinate a rental car for us, and when we dropped off our car, she had the rental company bring one to us. It was such a relief to be completely hands-off with the insurance claim from that point. The repairs took around 2.5 weeks which was within the 2-3 week estimate, and when we picked up the car, it was looking better than when we got it. They helped make what could be a stressful task easy to deal with. The car was ready within the estimated time frame and - as others have said - with the repair and complimentary cleaning/detailing it's like picking up a brand new car. We would highly recommend!
