I never feel comfortable going to a mechanic because I don't know much about cars, but Jimmy was great at explaining everything I needed, the different options available, and what he thought was the best course of action. I also appreciated that he went line by line with me, explaining each price. It was the first time I actually felt like I knew what was going on with my car. Amazing experience, I'll definitely be recommending this place!
