Called these guys yesterday after I purchased a truck for our fleet didn’t have correct size receiver for our equipment. Tom answered I did my best to describe the situation which is…. so he said bring it over let us look at it since you have some weight being towed. I arrived with the vehicle they quickly went outside to look at the set up made recommendations I said I kind of need it like now cause he needed to order the specialty item so after 30 min of Tom looking everywhere throughout the shop he put something safe together for us an he was successful and we were able to do our scheduled job! They went over and above. Nice to see owner operated businesses still around makes a huge difference!

It’s been a couple years since I’ve been back at this place. The workmanship is always top-notch, but I’ll have to say that the customer Service is above and beyond any experience I’ve had dealing with shops like this. I am new to The camper life and Ryan And his team were upfront and honest with me about the equipment I have and what I needed for a safe trip out west. Ryan even went on a test drive with me to help me understand The difference between my old hitch and new hitch as well as my new breaking controls for my camper. I cannot say enough good things about shops like this because it’s really about the customer experience and feeling safe. at the end of the day. Great job guys! Thank you so much!
