Arnolds Auto Repair

Sent me to the junkyard knowing it was closed for lunch sat there for over an hour and a half just wasted my time completely the guy never even showed why even have me drive there knowing it was gonna be closed very unprofessional!

Arnolds Auto Repair in Scottsboro, AL made a rare-parts hunt effortless. I found a 2006 G6 6-speed manual on car-part.com and called about ten places—Darren was the only one willing to ship, and he made it feel routine. One call to confirm, one text with what he needed, one email with my info (the car-guy version of “one bourbon, one scotch, one beer”), and the very next day the transmission was on its way from Alabama to Wisconsin. It arrived exactly as promised, and Darren’s communication was quick and clear the whole time. For anyone chasing hard-to-find parts (mine’s for a Fiero build), this was a 5-star, no-hassle experience. Thanks!

They lie about the cars, all of them are junk in three months I had to get a new battery, gear shifter, coilpacks and sparkplugs, the flex plate messed up all the windows began to malfunction as well as the TV in the car the back and front windows seals begin to leak and the tail light where taped on and never actually put in all this I didn't know until I took it to a different shop I can't believe a shop is allowed to scam people like this and not lose their license

Call and ask a question and get hung up on. Extremely rude.

I can't believe this place is still in business. Worst place I ever had to deal with. My son wrecked his car and Arnolds towed it. It was totaled. I went to get my personal stuff out of it before insurance took over. They refused and said everything was there's now. I had to give them $450 to get MY OWN STUFF and had the car brought back to my property by a friend. And they claim to be holiness people. What a joke. They are the devil in disguise. Don't buy from them. Nothing but junk. I have never had another tow company do this.
