Excellent!! We picked up our U-Haul trailer here and they were so kind and were able to upgrade the size with no trouble! Very friendly and helped attach in the cold weather. Much appreciated!!

Huge thank you to Art’s Auto Center. Thank you is not enough to express how we feel about Art and his help. The genuine kindness and mindfulness is far above and beyond from 5 stars. Probably two minutes before Arts Auto Center closed, we called and explained to Art that our skid plate was hanging off and we were headed out of town therefore it was the closest place at the time of the emergency. Art understood and waited less than 10 minutes for us to arrive and fix the skid plate. Not most people will wait especially after closing time but Art waited and helped us. This is a man of great faith. Problem resolved.

Quoted us $9xx to replace an alternator, charged us over $1200. In order to replace the alternator he had to remove the AC compressor so purge and recharge the lines. Two days later the van was used and there was no AC. They said it wasn't their fault and wanted to charge more to repair. Terrible service and no customer service. Cost us another $1500 for another shop to fix their mistake.

One morning a couple of weeks ago I found that my axel was leaking oil and I needed immediate assistance. I called Art’s shot at 7:15 and even though his shop didn’t open until 8am he picked up! He then found a way to squeeze me in the same day and guaranteed that my car would be returned same day. He kept his promise and got it turned around by 3pm. What truly made my experience special was that Art actually gave me a ride back to my house and picked me up after my car was ready. He insisted that I not call an Uber saving me money. He now has a customer for life. Thank you again Art!

What a lifesaver Art’s is! My tire blew out on I-10 and I happened to pull off into their shop. It was going to take an hour plus for roadside assistance to get to me. I asked them to put my spare on for me, they did it in less than 15 minutes and only charged me $10, I tried to offer more but they wouldn’t take it. The staff was so friendly, I was a little shaken up and upset that my tire blew out for the second time this year and the man I talked to was so kind. He reassured me it wasn’t my fault and kept talking to me the whole time. This place was awesome, I was so lucky they were there. Come visit them!
