Wonderful repair shop! I had a dent on the side of my car and got a quote from them to get it fixed. They were more affordable than another place I went to and they were able fit me in almost immediately once I was ready. Really good service and communication from everyone I spoke to. The final result after the work was awesome. You can’t even tell there used to be a dent! They also cleaned the car so it felt brand new when I got it back. Would definitely recommend!

Ascue's just replaced a front bumper and a headlight assembly in my 2023 BMW X3. They took a little longer than I had hoped, but they did excellent work. My service writer was Kevin, and he could not have been any more friendly and helpful.

Dealing with Ascues turned out to be a major disappointment, absolutely will not use them again. My wife and I were both rear-ended while sitting at a light, directly behind each othe. Someone hits the back of my wife and she into me. Happens. My wife's Audi has been with them for between 5-6 months and we still have no ETA. The car has to shipped to NC after months of them working on it because they don't know Audis. It's been absolute you know what. Then, my Explorer...they fix the back bumper and within weeks part of the bumper has completely fallen off. Yikes. We will NEVER use their service again. Here's a picture of my 2023 explorer with 12k miles on it, looks just wonderful does it! There should be a nice silver section securely attached to the bumper. Gone now.

I am so impressed with how they made my car look perfect again after an unexpected sideswipe. I am so grateful for their kindness and dedication. I highly recommend Ascue’s.
