I definitely recommend ATC! Mary and the crew Really helped us at Novus Glass out of a Bind on a very short notice! The exhaust pipe on my work van completely broke loose and they got us worked into their busy schedule and beat my expectations with how quickly they got it fixed for us! Excellent customer service and their after hours key drop off / pick up box is also very helpful.

I work for a large company, and in our local office in Evans we have roughly 15-20 trucks on the road at all times, so when 1 goes down, we need it repaired and back on the road ASAP and Mr. Gage Weeks at ATC in Grovetown tackled our transmission issue and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. I highly recommend ATC! We were in a tough spot with my son's transmission and they went above and beyond to help us out. Another shop wanted to fully replace the transmission and we decided to get a second opinion and I am sure glad we did. I spoke with Brian and after a second review we were able to save the transmission at a fraction of the cost of replacement. A trusted provider like ATC is an extremely valuable find. So glad we talked to ATC.

I drove 12 hours in a Turo rental for a funeral and noticed something hanging underneath my rental after I got in town and checked into my hotel. I decided to call and Mary helped me. They were about to close in 10 minutes so she told me to come in the next morning at 8 am and so I did. My issue was minor and it took them 5-10 minutes to fix and they sent me on my way. If I had any other issues Mary told me to give them a call back and they’d take care of me. Excellent service and excellent customer communication and care. It’s rare to experience people with good customer service these days and I highly appreciate it when I do! The front desk guy was extremely nice and pleasant as well.

I recommend ATC Automotive highly. They recently handled a major issue with my vehicle, and their service was exceptional, especially when it came to dealing with my warranty company. ATC took the lead and did a fantastic job negotiating on my behalf to get what I deserved. Their customer service was great. They kept me in touch, providing updates throughout. For big jobs like replacing an engine, they are the place to go. They have strong technical expertise and negotiation skills.
