My husband and I came here for an oil change and tire rotation, and Charles was very accommodating and helpful. He communicated with us clearly, especially when we mentioned that we would only be able to pick up the car after the shop’s hours. Everything worked out well in the end. We also really appreciate that they actually rotated the tires as promised. In the past, we had an experience at another location where they said they rotated the tires but didn’t actually do it. Because of that, we were very glad we chose this shop instead. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Visited the New Grovetown Mavis for a Trailer Tire. Not only were the employees friendly but they got me in and out in record time. Also mind you at a much better price than I expected. They even mounted the Tire for me and I have a large trailer so it was extremely impressive. I will definitely be back. Shout out to Beth the Manager and her amazing team.

I came in today after setting an appointment with Charles and he helped me find some awesome tires for my vehicle. Then he delivered great service when I arrived and informed me that after buying 4 tires I need an alignment so pleased with how my vehicle is driving Thank You to you Charles. Everyone should go to this location and ask for Charles.

I was able to get in short notice and get my tire fixed. They explained exactly what they were doing and got it done quickly. They also let me know about other components that were worn so that I can replace those in the future. A great shop with a great crew that I highly recommend.
