10 stars! I called Mercedes to fix a simple issue and was told the part was $153 and the labor is $300 for an hour and a half! I called Richard and he fixed the issue in 20 minutes. He refused to take the full payment that I offered even though he charged much less and said he will not accept payment for labor he did not do! The shop is the cleanest shop ever! Very nice staff! Richard & his mechanic exceeded my expectations! I would have had to drive 25 minutes and leave my car and find a way back. Instead, I was only out of work for about 45 minutes. I found my new mercedes mechanic. Thank you Grovetown Garage for your professionalism, fair pricing and courteous customer service. You made my day.

The best experience I've ever had with a mechanic, hands down - I cannot recommend Richard enough. I traveled to Augusta to check out a used '23 RAV4 Hybrid, and brought it to Grovetown Garage for a pre-purchase inspection. Richard was incredibly thorough with the inspection and he explained everything clearly. He's also just a super nice guy, and the price can't be beat. He even called me later that evening to see if I had made it home safe, and to make sure all had gone well with the purchase. I live 3 hours away but I would consider coming back to Richard for future auto work. Thanks for all your time and expertise, Richard! I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I called Grovetown Garage on a Friday to schedule an appt for my wifes cars. Richard, the owner, was able to get her car in Monday. We went over the issues of the vehicle and Richard said he would call at 1 pm for an update. Sure enough right around 1 pm he called with an update. Rich explained things very thorough and was very professional. He asked questions that most mechanics dont ask, which as a customer, is humbling. His shop closed at 6pm, but due to my job and his work, Rich stayed until I was able to get arrive. Rich stayed an extra 45 mins so I could get my wife's car. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very clean shop, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I will 100% go back in the future!

I have never had a better experience at an auto shop! The owner was very informative and great at explaining what my car needed and why. He really cares about community and it shows. He got my car done the day I brought it in short notice. I won’t go to anyone else! Thanks so much to the owner for a great experience🙏
