Saw a ad on TV and had been by there shop a few times. I liked the part about Veteran owned. New I had a hard fix with the brakes and brake pedal. They fixed it perfect. ABS and master cylinder. Great job and I will be back. Thank you Beacon Auto repair.

My best friend has always told me that she goes to the Mercedes Dealership, they give her a list of things that wrong with her car and she takes the same list to Beacon Automotive and they always do the same list for 1/2 the price and everyone is so friendly. I was having problems with mine and I was told it was the alternator and the crank shaft. Got it fixed but the warning lights were still on and my GPS stopped working. I was one frustrated woman. I want to get inside my car and I want it right, I want no issues. In my mind I decided my experience wasn’t the same as my friends experiences , but then I got a text a few weeks later that asked me how was my experience, and I spoke about how frustrated I am about something still be wrong with my car and the lights still being on and I

Altjough, they customer service is very good and the price is reasonable, their maintenance on my car is Terrible. I’ve taken my car three times to this place and they have consistently been resetting my oil change mileage incorrectly. Additionally did not top off all my fluids like request. I’ve also Noticed that my car has been jerking a bit due to an oil change not being completed. I will not be returning my car here and will take my car back to Florida for its routine maintenance like I’ve been doing before.
