I have decided not to return my vehicle to Athens Auto in Teaneck. I initially trusted Nick and his wife, but my experience has demonstrated a lack of reliability. My Porsche Cayenne experienced a coolant leak, and I inquired whether Athens Auto services foreign vehicles. Nick's wife confirmed that they did. Consequently, I brought my car in one week later. I requested an estimate for the repair cost, which he quoted at $750. I also asked how long the repair would take, as I need to work Monday through Friday. He assured me it would take no more than one to two days. However, my vehicle remained at the shop for an entire week. I had to repeatedly contact them for updates on the status of my car. GREAT SHOP, He just recently gave me a full tune up, changed my rear sway bar and also fixed some components around my timing belt which previously made noise before he fixed it, all in one day for my Crown Victoria Grand Marquis, sounds and drives so smooth right now, i was referred to him by my father who last went to him in july to fix an alternator in his toyota camry, i will soon use his services to fix my honda accord 2013 v6 with an engine swap and transmission change, i will update with another comment after its finished good prices, good work and great reputation around bergen county. I just want to call out these people. Nicko, by my name, you will remember me. What happened with my oil change was not right, and you and your husband know that. You are the one who fixes the prices on your computer, not me. I had all my oils and filters. Just like last time, and you found a way to bump up the prices, thinking I wouldn't know how much you charged me last time.
