I had an amazing experience at John's Mechanic Shop, thanks to Mark! I had a flat tire and called him immediately. He was incredibly responsive and made me feel at ease right away. Mark is calm, professional, and truly cares about his customers. The prices were very reasonable, and I could tell he was being honest and fair throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely looks out for you and doesn’t try to rip you off. Mark was a lifesaver, and I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need help! Highly recommend his services!

Came here last minute because I had a screw in my tire. Mark helped me and serviced my car and I definitely recommend this mechanic location! It was a lil chilly outside and he brought a heater while I waited in the shop and an extension cord so I can work. First time coming to the spot and it will not be my last ! 10/10

My first time here. Service was quick. Very friendly. Not expensive as compared to my payments to hyundai service dept. Another Visit to garage re:dashboard lights coming on- re:low brake fluid. Couldn’t find the problem, sounds like he really tried. I will need to take to dealer. But…didn’t charge me. Almost cried, because dealership has gouged me so many times.

I was so happy I came across John's Teaneck Garage so close to home (walking distance is a plus!) and with so many great reviews. I know these reviews helped me to make a really good decision and get great care for my car, so I wanted to make sure that I added one of my own too. Mark is the BEST! He has installed a hitch on my car and all new brakes and rotors and I never felt like he was pushing for things that weren't necessary just to get more business (like at the dealerships) He always gives the best advice about ordering the best parts to do the job right. Mark is currently taking care of a problem I experienced yesterday, and has done everything possible to get all the parts and get it taken care of for me today, on a Friday.
