This was my second time and the second car that I brought over to get it repaired. Mr. Bill Laverack has been an amazing partner who assisted me through every steps to get the car to be repaired perfect. Thank you and I will most definitely recommend this repair shop.

Great service, great paint job, handling of insurance coverage, communication over the phone. My husband and I always use Fort Lee Auto Body, and have always been satisfied with their work. This time a NYC drive scraped my bumper, and their Geico insurance was a bit irresponsive, but it seems to have been worked out and covered. They also have a good rapport with the Enterprise car rental service down the road, who pick up costomers from the shop several times a day.

Our CRV got damaged door on passenger side from an accident, so I picked FLA through my insurance, since it was the closest authorized shop for me. Allison from FLA contacted me and they gave scheduled time to bring in the car for estimation. On arrival, one of the FLA member wrapped up the estimation process within few minutes. Since my car was drivable, they let me take it back, cause the new doors were back ordered, that would take several weeks. It took about 4 weeks for the new doors to arrive. During this time, FLA kept in updated regarding the progress of my order. Finally when it arrived, got call to drop off my car and was given 2 weeks of estimate to complete the repair job. Always an outstanding excellent professional job! They are very busy but worth the wait for an appointment. John is exceptional and all the office ladies are kind & accommodating. I'm so pleased, my car looks amazing after my accident. No more cracked up front end. Yay
