Oil change was good… However they said I had a $3000 brake booster issue with my Prius and they stringed me along for 2+ months saying the part was on backorder. Went to the dealership and the issue wasn’t even the brake booster pump. It was a $400 fix. Don’t go here thinking you’ll save money over the dealer. Thought they were honest based on reviews but not my experience at all.

Made me wait on hold for half an hour and never came back to the call. Strung me out over two weeks on whether they could help me with my truck and never got back to me on the day they said on two occasions.. Dont keep their word and didn’t follow up. Was recommended to me but I wouldn’t recommend them based on their behavior. Bad customer service. Wouldnt bring my car there ever.

In a world full of dealerships looking to milk money out of my wallet, Hios is a breath of honest air!! Several times I have brought different vehicles to them to check out for repair. They don't charge for diagnostics and have sometimes fixed the issue without even charging me when it was something simple. When there has been something wrong, they still act as my advocates- helping me weigh all my options. I had one mechanic who wanted to redo my whole AC for $1200. Hios fixed a couple things for $400, AC has worked fine since, going on 2 years. That's just 1 example. In short, I trust them not to rip me off! Being honest and good, they're not cheap. Nor should they be. You get what you pay for. Also, being honest and good, they're often quite busy. I recommend calling and making an appt.

John and Victor are amazing. They’re incredibly helpful, honest, professional and caring. They’ll never rip you off like other mechanics and do a fantastic job. 10/10 mechanics. 10/10 pricing. 10/10 human beings. Looking forward to my next oil change so that I can come catch up with both of them.
