Barry helped me out tremendously with my vehicle's axle replacement and leakage fix, and went above and beyond with communication with the warranty company to ensure quick service and timely updates. I had my car towed to this location to find out what was going on with it. I spoke with Tim and he coordinated and communicated what next steps were and what I should expect. I was able to get a diagnostic on my car within a couple hours of having no appointment and all I needed was an oil change. I was able to pick up my car and the entire process was very seamless, informative and affordable.

Scheduled a state inspection and marked on my booking that I would need to use their shuttle service. My work is less than a mile from this location but it was a cold day. I arrived and was told they actually only do that if they have people available but maybe they could drive me in 45 min-one hour. I said I am super close and need to be at work. After going back and forth, I said okay well then I’m just going to take my car and leave cause I need to get back to work. Finally they said they would drive me. They called a few hours later and said my car was ready. When I asked if someone could pick me up before 5pm when work is over they said “I highly doubt we’ll have anyone available.” I could’ve fought more but decided to just have my coworker drive me. They charged 146$ for diagnostic but when I asked for diagnostic report, they said oh we did the diagnosis only for the headlight as your headlight wasn't working properly and din't check anything else. If they had told me that their diagnosis wouldn't cover the engine diagnosis and also that no diagnositc report would be available, it would have been honest atleast. They used to be good but now a days they seem to be dishonest.

I’ve been using this shop regularly over the last few months, so this was pretty disappointing. I recently brought my car in for a noise issue and approved a CV axle and control arm replacement. The work itself was done, but when I went back and reviewed the invoice, the pricing really bothered me. I was charged $319.28 for a Duralast Gold CV axle part. Afterward, I looked it up and found the exact same Duralast Gold axle at AutoZone for $88.99, with the same lifetime warranty. I understand shops mark up parts, but charging more than three times retail without saying anything upfront feels excessive. To be fair, not everything was unreasonable marked up.
