All I can say is these are the loveliest people who are so kind and helpful! We needed an alternator on a Sunday. No part anywhere. Alana didn't stop calling and hunting down the part. She found one after many phone calls and physically drove to get the part so her awesome husband, Joe could get the part installed and fix our truck so we can finish our journey. I am so grateful to have met these gems and my heart is so happy to know them!! Mister (the yard cat) kept me company on the truck. I love our felines and he was so friendly. In the middle of a Sunday night, while returning home after the holidays, our family was on i95, a few miles from Saint George, SC. All of a sudden, heard a loud noise and a screeching sound from one of the wheels. We slowed down and pulled the car on to the shoulder. The tire has blown out. Called for roadside assistance and waited, no luck. Searched Google for repair shops near the area and found some great reviews about Atlas Automotive. Called them but weren't expecting an answer on a Sunday night. However, someone promptly answered the call and said he would be coming over and did come over with a spare tire, changed quickly so we can drive to their shop to get a full replacement tire. I unfortunately had a blowout and was driving on a spare when I came across Atlas at 6:30 on a Sunday. Everyone was super nice and helpful. They were able to put a new tire on my rim at a very reasonable price.Their 24 hours service is amazing. I highly recommend coming here.

My sister and I were traveling on I95 when her engine light came on causing the car to not accelerate… we pulled over and called SIX places at 4:45pm and the only person to answer was this place, we felt relieved that they were able to get us in with their 24 hour service.. Took under an hour for him to identify a minor coding issue and we were on our way. Reliable service overall!

Dishonest and rude. Was stuck off the side of the highway with a frozen caliper with my wife and kids. We were driving to Florida from Maine. Called Atlas who is 9 minutes away and they said they would come to me with the part I needed in 25 to 30 mins. Waited 40 mins before calling. Guy said he was just leaving. 25 mins later called and they said he was grabbing tools then coming. 20 mins later they said he was just leaving. 25 mins later he was on the way. At this point I was upset, my autistic son was struggling. I called back and expressed my frustration with the lies. Guy showed no empathy and eventually hung up and didn't take my calls after.
