I purchased my raptor through ford.com and had it delivered to this dealership. I regret that decision to this day. If you want the job done right, try a different dealership. Do not go for service, unless you enjoy the service department deciding for you what work will be done. Twice they did not replace my breaks that was requested before hand. Why? They didn't order them.

Mr. Marion Clayton was a pleasure to do business with and provided a great experience from the first contact to closing the deal. We drove away feeling confident in our GMC Sierra purchase!

I brought my 2014 GMC yukon to this dealership almost 3 weeks ago for service . Carla , the GMC service rep told me that the technician had my vehicle fixed. I got to the dealership after paying to pick my truck up, only to have it still not cranking up, so that was a wasted trip all the way to St. George. Fast forward 3 weeks later , no communication as to say what's wrong with my truck , what's the next steps, nothing . I keep hearing someone will give you a call , no call back yet, but my truck is still there. I refuse to take a bicycle to family automotive . Professionalism , courtesy, and communication is at an all time low. This was an awful experience.

My family and I just came in to check our Ford Explorer because we were planning to head to Florida. We were worried there was a weird sound rattling from under the car. Let me just say we came in with no prior phone call, we were seen right away and EVERYONE was soooo nice. Inside the dealership was very clean, vending machines with snacks (if you have to wait and have kids) also complimentary beverages may be available (they were today) all in all I would recommend choosing this family operated dealership/shop. They are excellent 👏

Friendly and professional service. Clean facilities including waiting area with TV and restroom. Work was done timely and to my satisfaction. Because I had Ford points my oil change and tire rotation were free. Been buying cars from Family Ford (previously Bilton Ford) for more than 25 years. Always treated fair. As they say, it's cheaper in the country! The only place I will go to buy a car.
