WILLIS ROADSIDE TIRE SERVICE

We paid $539 via CashApp for a used tire, but the technician arrived with a completely worn-out tire. Our driver refused it and requested for a better tire as that is in bad shape. The technician left and never answered our calls or emails. . We told them on email they could keep the $200 Gone on Arrival (GOA) fee, but asked for a refund of the remaining $339. Instead of working with us, they have ignored our calls and even blocked us. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this company at all. They take your money, provide poor service, and refuse to issue refunds.

We were on our way from FL to NC when our tire went flat on I-95 at 8:30PM on a Friday night, pouring rain - no tire or automotive shops were open. We found Willis Roadside on Google search, of the 5 or so companies we had called for help, Willis was the only one to call back. They came within a reasonable amount of time, and changed out our tire in the pouring rain to get us back on the road. Willis Roadside was an answer to our prayers - truly amazing 👏

Did nothing, left us stranded with an imobile elderly patient charged 200.00. Stay far away

After getting a flat tire and realizing the lug nuts wouldn’t come off we went to Autozone for some help. It was our lucky day because Mr. Willis was in the store. He came out, changed my son’s tire and ordered a new tire to be installed later today. I highly recommend this company,!

The man who came out to truck did a fine job. Issue is with quoted one price for job and charged another price for job. Told 125 to swap out tire and charged 155 when finished
