Audi Parts Department

I called to check the availability of spare parts. I waited on hold for 10 minutes. After that, someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up! What the hell? I heard a woman's voice the moment someone picked up the phone. If this is how you treat your customers, you won't have any left soon! After that, I waited another 20 minutes on the line, and no one answered the call. You won't find worse service anywhere!!!

Customer service is great, however their pricing is quite absurd. Anybody who is gonna pay that kind of pricing definitely aren’t working on their own car. And any mechanic or indie shop is either gonna get them somewhere else or online. So not worth it, literally save about 50% just going to the wilsonville dealership where they have normal pricing
