We hwbr used them twice Recently they fixed my husband's bmw after it was backed into going through the car wash. They worked with the insurance company and got it back to us on time as their work was awesome. Also our daughter hit a fence and they fixed the door like new. They treat their customers like family. Took my truck here for some body work and some dent repair Austin's had great customer service and every thing was done in a timely manner. They brought in James from Dent Ninja and he got everything back to looking factory in no time at all!

I had a 5-star experience at Austens Body Shop. From my initial call to my service completion was top notch. I came in for a free estimate and was happily greeted. One of the owners came out right away and walked me through everything. He even gave me my official quote while I was standing right there. They offered a fair price to repaint my entire hood on my expedition. I was then offered an appointment only a week out. I took my car in early Monday morning and I received a call by 1pm the next day letting me know when to expect my car (3pm), to help me plan my day. When I showed up, the fresh paint job was PERFECT and my whole car was washed. They pulled it up right in front and had an easy check out procedure. I will be sending everyone I know to Austens!

They got my 2019 accord done super fast! I am extremely happy with the service I received! I will definitely be coming here again if I need to! Hopefully I won’t need to anytime soon lol! My car looks good with a new bumper!!
