The vehicle was way more than I expected. It was a quick and easy process to get the rental and it was nice that I could leave the rental at the body shop when I picked up my repaired vehicle- even though I didn't want to give it back haha.
No wait, fast and friendly service and local. Car was clean and right-sized for what I needed. Nothing more I could ask. Great experience with this rental site - thank you!
I started my adventure with enterprise 2 months ago when their employee crashed into my home. The adventure continues 2 months later as they have done nothing to help repair it. They did let me keep all the pieces of car the left in my driveway next to the wall they pushed off the foundation. Safety is the #1 focus, I'm sure.
Process was less of a hassle than I thought it would be. The efficiency was impressive!
Trent and Caesar were great to work with we have nothing but great experiences with any of the enterprise rentals and their employees we ended up dropping off the car at the sandy location where Mr Prince from Jamaica closed out our account he was very helpful and accommodating. You are all great employees great job 👏 👍
