I used to take my ford ranger to Ruben at his old location nearby. He always treated me right. I bought a newer truck a few years ago and now it’s time for some repairs, I’m back with Ruben. He communicated very clearly, prices came in under his estimates, and completed things within his timeline. I feel super secure I’m not being lied to, he explains things in detail about the process. I chose this auto repair shop based on their high reviews and was not disappointed! There was great communication during scheduling and while the car was in the shop with explaining what was going on and when it would be done. They did a complete inspection of the vehicle which found a few other areas that needed attention. They provided details and offered to address them but there was never any high pressure sales tactics. I appreciate that they use OEM parts and provide a warranty on their work.
